Thank you for your article "Lessons on Brands and Discounting...with a touch of humor" which I read in the E-Hotelier. It's not often I bust into laughter with a mouth full of corn flakes. While it was fortunate there were no witnesses, I thank you for the humor.
I would very much like a copy of the power point presentation on the marketing screw-ups. Living in the Middle East makes such translation blunders even more poignant.
